About Us
Stonebrook Estates has a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse has a beautiful fitness center, lavish party facility, an expansive veranda, two all-weather lighted tennis courts, a beach-style volleyball court, outdoor basketball court, and children's playground. The Clubhouse has a full-service catering kitchen. Stonebrook Estates consists of 129 luxurious estate homes located on 136 acres in the town of Davie. This gated community offers build-to-suit custom homes.
